How to read your score

0–10 · Start with policy and trainingYou are exposed today, mostly through data. A one-page policy and one training session fix most of it in a month.
11–20 · Ready to pilotFoundations exist. Pick one repeated workflow, run a four-week pilot with a human in the loop, and measure hours saved.
21–30 · Ready to buildYou can support a custom agent or automation. Scope the first build around the workflow with the clearest input, output, and owner.
