What is an AI readiness assessment?
A short, structured review of how ready an organization is to use AI well: who owns it, what data is at risk, which tools are in use, what the policy says, which workflows are worth automating, and whether the systems can support it. It ends in a written roadmap, not a sales pitch.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
Two to three weeks, with two to three hours of your team's time for interviews. It is a fixed price in the low four figures, quoted in writing before we start.
Is this only for churches?
No. It was built for churches and Christian nonprofits, and the same six areas apply to any small team. Business teams get the same assessment with business examples.
Do I have to hire you afterwards?
No. The roadmap includes an honest note on whether you need outside help at all. Many organizations act on it themselves with a policy and one training session.
